These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and 111kb governing your use of the platform. Please read them fully before creating an account or placing any wager. Each individual is permitted one 111kb account only. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual, with forfeiture of any bonus balances held within them.

Once a wager is accepted and confirmed by the 111kb platform — whether on a cricket match, a live casino table, a slot spin, or a crash game round — it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Void bets are processed only in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market.
111kb reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or deliberate exploitation of platform errors, 111kb further reserves the right to void associated wagers and retain any funds implicated in the violation.

You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. 111kb is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.
You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the 111kb platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that you are not located in, a resident of, or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. 111kb does not warrant the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction beyond those covered by its international gaming licence.
Each individual natural person may hold only one active 111kb account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under assumed identities, or with the assistance of others — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 111kb will close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with duplicate registrations, including any winnings generated while using a duplicate account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111kb login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted via your account while your credentials are active will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, irrespective of whether it was you personally who performed the action.
If you believe that your 111kb account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 111kb support immediately via live chat or by email. 111kb will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification but is not liable for losses incurred prior to the notification being received and acted upon.
An account is considered inactive if no real-money login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 111kb reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is first applied. Remaining balances after fee deductions will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity charges.
You may request the closure of your 111kb account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending real-money withdrawal will be processed to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances outstanding at the point of account closure are forfeited. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on your account and verified as belonging to you. 111kb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. 111kb is not liable for delays caused by receiving banks or mobile money providers after funds have been despatched from the platform.
111kb is obliged to comply with its international gaming licence's anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. 111kb reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse withdrawal requests where the origin of deposited funds cannot be satisfactorily verified, or where transactional patterns suggest activity inconsistent with legitimate gaming. 111kb reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where the proposed stake exceeds the applicable table maximum, where the relevant market or game is suspended, or where 111kb has reasonable grounds to believe the wager forms part of a coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities or pricing errors.
Once a wager is confirmed by the 111kb platform — evidenced by a bet confirmation reference number — it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. Settlement is final and binding on both parties except in the case of manifest error as described below.
Where a wager is accepted as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, an incorrect game outcome display, or a technical malfunction that resulted in a payout that would not otherwise have been generated — 111kb reserves the right to void the relevant wager and restore the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. 111kb will not be liable for any additional loss beyond the original stake in such circumstances.

111kb does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Planned maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. 111kb will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 111kb's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
111kb shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of data or profit; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (c) losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms; (d) losses arising from events outside 111kb's reasonable control including but not limited to third-party payment provider failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.
111kb may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 111kb is required to do so by its licensing authority or by Applicable Law; (c) 111kb reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to 111kb, other Players, or third parties.
Upon termination for breach, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet after deduction of any amounts owed to 111kb will be returned to your last verified payment method within thirty (30) business days, unless the termination arises from conduct that entitles 111kb to forfeit the balance under these Terms or Applicable Law.
111kb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — 111kb will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via a notice on the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of 111kb after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure prior to the amendment taking effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111kb holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 111kb's internal complaints procedure. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to independent arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
